1jje Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 1jje Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1jje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform. By completing the registration process, accessing any game, or placing any bet on 1jje, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements. To access and use the 1jje Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jje does not permit access to individuals under 21 years, without exception.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must possess a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) for verification purposes.
• Your access to and participation in online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1jje or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1jje or any affiliated responsible gaming body.

1.3 Geographic Access. 1jje primarily serves players located in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and other cities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the 1jje Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your location. 1jje makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

1.4 Age Verification. 1jje reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Where satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable period of the request, 1jje may suspend the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bets placed during the period of non-compliance. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently confirmed to be under 21 years of age will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, less any amounts already paid out as winnings.

2.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of 1jje Platform features, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, and a unique password of your choosing.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active Player Account on the 1jje Platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or CNIC numbers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC). 1jje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A clear copy or photograph of your valid CNIC (front and back)
• Proof of your registered Pakistani mobile number
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits and/or withdrawals
• A selfie photograph or video verification as directed by the 1jje compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 1jje will result in account restrictions, withdrawal suspension, and ultimately account closure where verification cannot be completed.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jje login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances. 1jje will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify 1jje immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 1jje accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

2.5 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify 1jje of any changes to your registration information. 1jje reserves the right to close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods. 1jje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Raast Instant Payment. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No cryptocurrency transactions are supported.

3.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits are credited to your 1jje wallet in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. Deposits are generally processed within 60 seconds subject to the availability and processing times of the selected payment provider. 1jje does not charge any platform-side transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between two (2) and five (5) business days, depending on your selected payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to withdrawal.

3.4 Own Funds Obligation. You may only deposit and play with funds that belong to you and that have been acquired through lawful means. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person or use payment methods that do not belong to you. Any suspected use of third-party payment methods will trigger an immediate account review and may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 1jje operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, 1jje reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay withdrawals, and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

4.1 Promotional Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers available on the 1jje Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

4.2 Welcome Bonus. The 1jje welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in PKR, qualifying deposit threshold, and applicable wagering requirements are displayed on the promotion page at the time of offer. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse.

4.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Bets placed on certain game types (as specified in the promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• If you withdraw funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet amounts apply when playing with active bonus funds; exceeding these limits may result in bonus voiding.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. 1jje actively monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes, and hedging bets across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1jje reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings on affected accounts and take further action as deemed appropriate.

4.5 Promotional Changes. 1jje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. 1jje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a bet does not guarantee payout in the event of a subsequent technical error, pricing error, or manifest error in odds compilation.

5.2 Manifest Errors. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly and demonstrably erroneous (a "manifest error"), 1jje reserves the right to void such bets and refund the relevant stake amounts. A manifest error may include but is not limited to: odds offered at a price clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates, system or display errors resulting in incorrect odds being presented, and human entry errors in odds compilation.

5.3 Cricket Betting. All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international T20 matches, ODI series, Test matches, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the specific market rules published in the 1jje cricket betting rules section. In-play bets are accepted in real time subject to market availability. 1jje's settlement decisions on all cricket markets are final and binding.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on the 1jje Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are independently audited and available upon request. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of previous rounds and is not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other factor.

5.5 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or other technical interruption during a game round, the round may be declared void and the relevant stake refunded. 1jje does not accept liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

5.6 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the 1jje Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change at 1jje's discretion, including on an account-specific basis where warranted.

6.1 General Prohibition. You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates these Terms in connection with your use of the 1jje Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Engaging in identity fraud or document forgery in connection with KYC verification

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Placing bets based on inside information relating to match outcomes, player injuries, or other non-public information
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its databases, or its systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the Platform

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity (structuring)
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a systematic manner

7.1 Commitment. 1jje is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools and policies to support player wellbeing.

7.2 Age Restriction. Access to the 1jje Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 years and above. 1jje takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and enforces CNIC-based age verification at registration. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) without a mandatory cooling-off period.

8.1 Ownership. All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, and other intellectual property on the 1jje Platform ("Platform Content") are owned by or licensed to 1jje and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 1jje name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 1jje and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

8.2 Permitted Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 1jje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform Content
• Use any Platform Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any data from the Platform
• Use the 1jje name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing

8.3 User Content. Where you submit any content to the Platform (including but not limited to feedback, reviews, or support communications), you grant 1jje a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content for Platform improvement and operational purposes, subject to the terms of the 1jje Privacy Policy.

9.1 Platform Availability. 1jje endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 1jje's reasonable control. 1jje accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

9.2 No Warranties. The 1jje Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 1jje does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations, that it will be error-free or free from viruses, or that defects will be corrected.

9.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1jje's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1jje account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 1jje be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on the Platform. 1jje does not guarantee winnings or profits of any kind. You accept full responsibility for your own gambling decisions.

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 1jje is governed by the 1jje Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.3 Communications. By registering an account with 1jje, you consent to receiving transactional communications (including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 11.1 Right to Amend. 1jje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

11.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 1jje Platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of these Terms.

11.3 Version History. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of these Terms indicate the currently applicable version. Prior versions of these Terms are available from 1jje customer support upon request.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which 1jje holds its international gaming licence and operating authorisation.

12.2 Jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 1jje Platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1jje with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 1jje following the internal complaint process, you may seek to escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under 1jje's applicable operating licence.
